GoTu, a pioneering digital staffing marketplace revolutionizing the dental industry, has announced two new additions to the company’s leadership team: Frank Bednar, an industry veteran with 30 years of experience in the healthcare and medical tech industries, has been named Chief Financial Officer. He will be responsible for driving GoTu’s fiscal success and organizational growth. In addition, Ralph Marczynski, co-founder of healthcare tech marketplace ShiftKey, has been appointed to serve on GoTu’s Board of Directors. In his role, he will leverage over a decade of leadership in software development and innovation to advise on GoTu’s product strategy and future initiatives.

Prior to joining GoTu, Bednar had served as CFO at Rx Savings Solutions, and also held senior financial leadership roles for many years at Quest Diagnostics. He also held a senior management role at KPMG for over a decade. He holds dual bachelor’s degrees in accounting from the University of Missouri-Kansas City.
Marczynski is a visionary serial tech entrepreneur and engineer who co-founded Shiftkey, a tech marketplace that facilitates direct connections between fully licensed, verified healthcare professionals and healthcare facilities that need nurses, certified nursing assistants, and other healthcare pros to work on an “as-needed” basis. He also founded JustGolf, a social network and app for golfers, Skulpt Software Studio, and served as iOS Mobile lead for Under Armour.
