GoTu, a pioneering digital staffing marketplace revolutionizing the dental industry, has announced two new additions to its leadership team: industry veteran Tiffany Bierschank has been named Chief Revenue Officer, and Erin Skinner, J.D., will serve as General Counsel.
Bierschank and Skinner join a talented leadership team driving measurable impact for the dental industry, which continues to face an acute staffing crisis. Together with co-founders and co-CEOs Ed Thomas and Cary Gahm, both women will help lead internal teams who are instrumental in the platform’s ability to connect more than 25,000 dental offices with over 45,000 verified dental professionals.
“As we continue to serve new dental markets, we recognized the need to expand our leadership team with the addition of two seasoned experts. Tiffany and Erin bring invaluable expertise and will play an important role in our upcoming strategic initiatives,” said GoTu co-founder and co-CEO Cary Gahm. “Most importantly, both women inherently align with our values-driven culture and believe innovative solutions can change the dental industry for the better.”
With more than a decade of experience in realizing strategic growth, Bierschank is responsible for leading the company’s sales strategies and identifying market opportunities to maximize expansion. Prior to joining GoTu, she excelled as the vice president of Sales and Revenue Growth at Vacasa. She also has held senior leadership roles at ServiceMagic Europe and HomeAdvisor, where she was instrumental in the successful merger with ANGI®.
As a seasoned corporate attorney with extensive experience in healthcare and technology, Skinner oversees the Company’s marketplace platform legal and regulatory strategy to support growth while mitigating risk. She’s also responsible for compliance, audit readiness, and human resource and people operations compliance. Prior to joining the GoTu team, Skinner served as Chief Compliance & Privacy Officer and General Counsel at ShiftMed. She also held critical legal counsel and compliance roles at Cloudmed (n/k/a R1), Inovalon, and the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS).
Skinner received her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Maryland Baltimore County and her Juris Doctor from the University of Baltimore School of Law, both located in Baltimore, Md.
