How To Increase Your Chances of Getting Your Shift Filled With GoTu

As GoTu continues its evolution and advancements, we’re excited to share key strategies for attracting more professionals to apply for your shifts. We’ve noticed that many dental professionals will not apply for shifts if certain fields are outdated or missing. Guarantee you have the proper coverage by making just a few simple updates in our dental portal.

State your practice type:  Many dental professionals have preferences on whether they would like to work for a private practice or DSO. By specifying your practice type, ensure you find the perfect fit for your practice. We now offer three types to choose from:

  • Private practice (independent office)
  • Private practice (part of a multi-office group)
  • DSO

Where to find: Account > Office Info > Are you a private practice or DSO?

Input expected patients per hour: Patients per hour refers to the number of patients the dental professional is expected to work on within an hour. Professionals use this number to level set expectations upon arrival for the shift. We have separate patient per-hour fields for each profession type: dental hygienist, dental assistant, and associate dentist.

Where to find: Account > Office Info > How many patients should each of the following temp positions expect to see per hour?

Add parking information: Ensure the professional scheduled to work your shift is as prepared as possible. Provide information about parking, like the availability of free parking and the type of parking offered. Choose from the following parking types in the dental portal:

  • On-site parking
  • Parking garage
  • Street parking
  • Off-site parking lot
